I learnt a lot about this from permaculture. stopping unnecessary resistance (all resistance is unnecessary) and working WITH the grain rather than against it. Going with the gradient of the universe. letting go, making synergy happen, using what you have and not fighting it.
e.g. you might feel shit, and feel shit about feeling shit. or, you could feel shit, and realise that you feel shit, and use that as a GUIDE to doing something else that will make you feel BETTER. use it as a compass, and not lament about where you are.
SO, moral of the story? When you feel shit, USE that feeling to get somewhere you’d rather be. Don’t be fighting yourself.
